Delivery Policy
1. Order processing times
At SWILAB, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery methods
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs :
- PostPac Priority Delivery: : Estimated delivery time between 1 and 2 business days. This service is available for an additional fee.
- PostPac Economy Delivery: Estimated delivery time between 2 and 4 business days, depending on your place of residence.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. We do our best to meet these deadlines, but delays beyond our control may occur. Deliveries are only made on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the order, the chosen delivery method, and the destination. The exact fees will be displayed at the time of order confirmation before payment.
We offer free shipping for all orders over 99 CHF.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery using this number on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery zones
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on local regulations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund your order in full.
6. Delivery delay
In case of a delivery delay, we encourage you to check the status of your order using the provided tracking number. If you have not received your order within the indicated timeframe, please contact our customer service at the email address info@swilab.ch. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order reception
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the package before accepting it. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If you accept a damaged package, please note the necessary reservations on the carrier's delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
8. Delivery issues
If your order is lost or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service at info@swilab.ch. We will process your claim quickly and find an appropriate solution, either through a replacement or a refund.
9. Delivery policy changes
