Order Processing Times

At SWILAB, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

  • PostPac Priority Delivery: Estimated delivery time between 1 and 2 working days. This service is available for an additional fee.
  • PostPac Economy Delivery: Estimated delivery time between 2 and 4 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. We do everything possible to meet these deadlines, but delays beyond our control may occur. Deliveries are only made on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, the chosen delivery method and the destination. The exact charges will be displayed at the time of order validation before payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery using this number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on local regulations. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of your order.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the condition of the parcel before accepting it. If you notice that the packaging is damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If you accept a damaged parcel, please note the necessary reservations on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
