Terms and Conditions of Sale

Scope of Application

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out on the website www.swilab.ch. They govern the contractual relationship between SWILAB Sàrl and any customer placing an order via our website, unless a contrary written agreement has been made between the parties.

Orders

SWILAB products can be ordered exclusively online via our website. Any order placed will be confirmed by a summary email sent to the customer. SWILAB undertakes to dispatch products within 48 hours following receipt of the order. If a delivery delay is anticipated, the customer will be informed by email. Deliveries may be made in several partial shipments, with shipping costs charged only once.

It is important to note that once the order is validated, no modification of the delivery date will be possible. However, SWILAB reserves the right to adapt this date if necessary and will inform the customer in writing.

Prices and Payment Terms

The prices indicated on our website at the time of the order are fixed and final. They are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and do not include delivery charges, which are calculated separately during the ordering process.

Payment must be made at the time of the order via the payment methods offered on our website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payments by payment slip or bank transfer are not accepted. Prices may be changed without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and are specified during the ordering process.

Returns and Claims

Damaged or defective products may only be returned if SWILAB is responsible for the damage. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused and unopened. Claims concerning a missing or damaged product must be made by the customer within 24 hours following receipt of the order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Warranties

SWILAB guarantees that the products supplied conform to specifications and are free from manufacturing defects. In the event of non-conformity or a defect found, the customer must notify SWILAB in writing within 24 hours after receipt of the product. SWILAB reserves the right to examine the product before accepting or refusing a return or exchange.

Limitation of Liability

SWILAB Sàrl cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault on the part of SWILAB. SWILAB's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Data Protection

The personal data provided by the customer when placing the order are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. SWILAB undertakes not to disclose, sell or share this data with third parties, except in the context of order processing or when required by law.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
